This Privacy Policy explains how Lumina Link SH.P.K. (“LuminaLink”, “we”, “us”), based in Prishtina, Kosovo, processes personal data when you visit luminalink.net or contact us through it.

Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted.

• NEXT_LOCALE remembers whether you chose English or Albanian (up to 12 months).
• Authentication cookies are used only by authorized LuminaLink staff who sign in to the content management system.

7. Retention of technical logs

Web server and security logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.

8. Recipients and processors

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the website and our email, such as our hosting provider and email service providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms. Our website is hosted on servers located in the European Union.

Subject to the Law on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data, to request its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability.
